About the Project
Where bold meets contemporary design.
Farm Cottage is a contemporary new build that pairs sharp black cladding with high-performance fenestration. For this home, we supplied and installed a full Internorm UK package, including:
- HF510 triple-glazed timber/aluminium-clad windows
- HS330 lift-and-slide doors
- AT540 entrance door
All products were specified with black frames inside and out to deliver a crisp, cohesive look that works harmoniously with the bold cladding and minimalist architecture.
Built to Perform
Every element of this project was installed to Passivhaus standard, ensuring exceptional airtightness and thermal performance. To guarantee this, we used a combination of:
- Tescon Pro Clima airtight tapes internally
- Illbruck FM330 expanding foam for insulation and soundproofing
- Purenit insulation beneath all sliding doors to eliminate thermal bridging at threshold level
With PASSIVHAUS ratings and PAS24 security certification across the board, the Farm Cottage glazing package doesn’t just look stunning—it performs to the highest standards.
Elegant Functionality
The Internorm HS330 sliding doors offer effortless, smooth operation and expansive glass panels that dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior spaces—flooding the home with natural light.
Meanwhile, the AT540 entrance door, complete with a corten-effect ceramic panel, creates an eye-catching welcome that sets the tone for the rest of the property.
